Terms & Conditions: Standard Terms

This price list supercedes and cancels all previous price lists. Prices shown are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to discount. Products considered “Specials” fall outside of standard discount terms. Contact customer service for clarification.

Service Charges:
Service charges on past due invoices (except validly disputed items) will be assessed as follows: 1-1/2% per month or the maximum allowable by law on past due amounts open as of the last day of each calendar month until the past due amount is paid.

Claims and Returns:
Claims for shortages and/or incorrectly filled orders must be filed with Customer Service within 10 days of receipt of material. Price adjustments must also be made in writing to Customer Service within 30 days from receipt of invoice. No returned goods will be accepted without written approval from Double R Manfacturing. Credit will be based upon the written authorization of Double R Manfacturing. Such returns must be prominently marked as returned goods and shipped prepaid to Double R Manfacturing.

Freight Policy:
All customer orders will be shipped freight prepaid by Double R Manfacturing to a single destination point in the U.S. Orders will ship UPS/RPS prepaid and actual freight will be indicated on the customer’s invoice. All goods are shipped F.O.B. factory or DCS and become the customer’s property when they pass into the hands of the Transportation Company. Double R Manfacturing reserves the right to use our choice of carrier. Double R Manfacturing will ship as requested, freight collect, if the customer is willing to bear the entire expense and so indicates on the order. Other delivery options include Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping. All shipments are “business to business” and shipping surcharges may apply for residential deliveries.

Taxes:
Prices do not include any present or future Federal, State or local property, licensee, privilege, sales, use, excise, gross receipts or other like taxes or assessments that mat result from transactions or any services performed in connection therewith.

Warranty:
One year warranty on all products, for structural fabrication and applied finishes. Due to the fact our products are susceptible to unknown strength and abuse from animals, Double R Manfacturing reserves the right to void any warranty claim due to misuse or unavoidable accidents. All warranty claims are subject to review by Double R Manfacturing, No claims shall be released without authorization by Double R Manfacturing. All components supplied by, but not manufactured by Double R Manfacturing are subject to component manufacturer’s warranty.
